HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from October 31, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
