| HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & six months ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from October 19, 2015 to November 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on November 03, 2015 inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & six months ended on September 30, 2015. | |
