| HB Estate Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from January 30, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016. | |
