HB Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, have recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share (i.e. 15%) for the year ended March 31, 2014. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid / dispatched within thirty days thereof.
