HB Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, has discussed various options for re-alignment / restructuring Companys business activities which may include a Scheme of Arrangement between the Company HB Stockholdings Limited and HB Estate Developers Limited. This will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors of respective companies and such other statutory approvals that may be required.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors has also authorized appointment of Chartered Accountants, Valuers, Solicitors & Advocates, Merchant Bankers and such other experts as may be required to carry out the necessary exercise. The Board further directed that their Reports be submitted to the Audit Committee for its observations / comments and report the same to the Board of Directors of the Company.
