HB Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from May 06, 2014 to May 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2014.
