HB Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Portfolio Limited ('the Company') shall remain closed for all the Directors, Designated Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives from July 25, 2015 to August 14, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2015 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
