HB Portfolio Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- The Board of Directors, while appropriating the profits for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 have recommended dividend at the rate of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share (i.e. 5%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2016. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid / dispatched within thirty days thereof.
