| HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that the 27th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on September 23, 2014 at 11.00 A.M at GIA House, l.D.C. Mehrauli Road, opp. Sector 14, Gurgaon - 122 001, Haryana.<br/><br/>Further, Pursuant to Clause 35B of the listing agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing to the members the facility to exercise their right to vote at the 27th AGM by electronic means and all the business as mentioned in the Notice may be transacted through e-voting services provided by "Karvy Computershare Private Limited".<br/><br/>The members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or dematerialised form, as on the cut-off date being August 08, 2014 may cast their vote electronically.<br/><br/>The e-voting facility will be available during the following voting period:<br/><br/>- Commencement of e-voting : From 09.00 A.M. (IST) on September 17, 2014<br/>- End of e-voting : Up to 05.30 P.M. (IST) on September 19, 2014. | |
