In due Compliance of the Listing Agreement, Board of the Company meet today i.e. on Friday, the 10th November, 2017 and approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended 30th September 2017. A Copy of the Results approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting duly signed by the Director is enclosed herewith. Meeting concluded at 4.30 P.M.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33(2) (c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, please find enclosed herewith a Copy of the Limited Review Report dated 9th August, 2017, for the Second Quarter ended 30th September, 2017 issued by M/s G.C.
