| HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Results for the 3 months period ended March 31, 2016 and Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from May 06, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016. | |
