HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Results for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from January 30, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) for holding the Board Meeting for approval of Unaudited Financial Result for the 3rd Quarter and Nine months period ended December 31, 2016.
