HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision:<BR><BR>1. Change in the Financial Year :<BR><BR>- The current financial Year (2015-16) of the Company has been shortened and shall now close on March 31, 2016 (from July 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016). Thereafter, the Company will follow April to March Financial Year (1st April to 31st March of next year).
