| We hereby wish to inform you that the meeting of the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of HCL Infosystems Limited held on 20th October, 2017 has decided following:<BR> a)Issue of Equity Shares by way of Rights Issue to the eligible shareholders of the Company, for an amount aggregating to Rs. 499.09 crores; <BR> b)The Rights Issue to be offered at a price of Rs. 47 including a premium of Rs. 45;<BR> c)The total number of rights equity shares to be issued:106,190,299;<BR> d)Rights entitlement ratio is fixed at a ratio of 10 rights equity share for every 21 equity share held by the eligible shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members or list of depositories as members or beneficial owners, as at the end of business hours on the Record date;<BR> e)Record Date for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to apply for the Equity shares in the Rights Issue is Wednesday, 1st November, 2017.<BR> Kindly take the above subject matter into your records and also request you to<BR> | |
