HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that:<BR><BR>"The Company and one of its employees has been named in a supplementary charge sheet filed with the Special Judge Ghaziabad with respect to a contract awarded to the Company in 2009 by the U.P. State Government for the supply of computer hardware and related services under the National Rural Health Mission and summons have been issued by the court.<BR><BR>The Company maintains very high standards of corporate governance and we state strongly that neither the company nor the employee charged have engaged in any wrongdoing and we will contest the charge sheet in accordance with the law."
