With reference to Increase in price, HCL Infosystems Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"The Company has also observed the recent unusual level of activity in its share price, and we have accordingly surveyed the data at our end. Based on our analysis, we wish to confirm that no promoter or KMP of the Company has traded in the shares of the Company in the recent past, except the sale of shares by the promoters in April 2014 which has been duly reported to both the BSE and NSE vide our letters dated April 28, 2014."
