We wish to inform under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 24th March, 2017 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, the Independent Director of the Company. The resignation is given by Mr. Sanjeev Sharma on the ground of personal reasons and is effective from 13th March, 2017
