Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 24th March, 2017, has on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of M/s. BSR & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, (Firm Registration No. 116231W/W-100024) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in September, 2017 till the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022 in place of the current Statutory Auditor, M/s Price Waterhouse (FRN 301112E), whose term expires at the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting. The appointment of the Statutory Auditor shall be subject to the ratification at each Annual General Meeting held after 31st Annual General Meeting
