HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 21, 2015, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, The Payment Date of the said Interim Dividend shall be May 05, 2015.
