With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 10, 2014 regarding FY 14 results on July 31, 2014, HCL Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting scheduled to be held on July 29-31, 2014 may also consider payment of an interim dividend for the year 2014-15. Accordingly, the interim dividend, if any, shall be declared on July 31, 2014.
