HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 16-17, 2014, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q1), payment of Interim dividend for the year 2014-15 and other agenda matters.<br/><br/>Further the Company has informed that, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 and payment of Interim dividend for the year 2014-15 shall be considered on October 17, 2014. Accordingly, the financial results and interim dividend (if any) shall be declared on October 17, 2014.
