HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28-30, 2015 to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended December 31, 2014 (Q2), payment of Interim dividend for the year 2014-15 and other agenda matters.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended December 31, 2014 and payment of Interim dividend for the year 2014-15 shall be considered on January 30, 2015. Accordingly, the financial results and interim dividend (if any) shall be declared on January 30, 2015.
