| HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 27-28, 2016 to consider amongst others:<BR><BR>1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the nine months financial period ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In terms of the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the current financial year of the Company is from July 01, 2015 to March 31, 2016. Henceforth, the financial year of the Company will be from 1st April to 31st March.<BR><BR>2. Payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2016-17.<BR><BR>The items relating to audited financial results and payment of Interim dividend shall be considered by the Board on April 28, 2016. | |
