HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2017, inter alia, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.<BR><BR>The Payment date of the said interim dividend shall be June 02, 2017.
