HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from June 07, 2014 to June 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 25, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Bank has informed that, the electronic credit / dispatch of the dividend warrants would commence from June 26, 2014 and is expected to be completed by July 15, 2014.
