HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on April 22, 2014, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 6.85 per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 343%) out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2014.
