HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2016, inter alia, have, recommended a dividend of Rs. 9.50/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (i.e. 475%) out of the net profits for the year ended March 31, 2016.
