HEG Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015 to consider inter-alia the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from October 23, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive).
