HEG Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors and Designated Employees from July 15, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive).
