With reference to the earlier letter dated June 04, 2014, HeidelbergCement India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on June 27, 2014 have approved the appointment of Mr. Jamshed Naval Cooper as CEO and Managing Director of the Company with effect from <br/>July 01, 2014. <br/><br/>The Board also resolved to relieve Mr. Ashish Guha from the position of CEO and Managing Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on June 30, 2014.
