HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashish Guha, CEO and Managing Director of the Company has notified the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2014 that he had tendered his resignation to<br/>HeidelbergCement Group.<br/><br/>The Board accepted the resignation but requested Mr. Guha to continue as CEOandMD of the Company till the appointment of a successor. The Board however acceded to the request of Mr. Guha that it should not be beyond September 30, 2014.
