HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 02, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 25, 2014 to May 03, 2014 (both days inclusive).
