HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 17, 2016 to May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive).
