HeidelbergCement India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended March 31, 2015 (fifteen months).<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 26, 2015 (both days inclusive).
