| Hemo Organic Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 02, 2016, inter alia;<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve alteration in the form or nature of securities by reducing the paid up share capital of the Company according to Section 100 of Companies Act, 1956.<BR><BR>2. To discuss and consider development of business (along with existing business) in the following areas;<BR><BR>A. Pharmaceuticals Business and/or<BR><BR>B. Electronics Business and/or<BR><BR>C. IT & Software Education and/or<BR><BR>D. Textiles<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Specified Persons from May 17, 2016 to June 02, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
