Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of trading restrictions placed by the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders formulated in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for the shares and derivatives of the Company will remain closed from April 28, 2016 till 6:30 p.m. on May 07, 2016.
