Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 05, 2016, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of final dividend @ 1600% i.e. Rs. 32/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 was considered and approved.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Paul B. Edgerley, Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as an Independent Director w.e.f. May 5, 2016, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
