| Hero MotoCorp Ltd has announced the following results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014:<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit after taxes of Rs. 5544.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 5742.30 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 66359.40 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 62502.60 million for the Quarter ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>The Audited results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has posted a net profit after taxes of Rs. 21090.80 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 21181.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2013. Total Income is Rs. 257218.50 million for the year ended March 31, 2014 where as the same was at Rs. 241664.90 million for the year ended March 31, 2013.<br/><br/>The Consolidated Results are as follows :<br/><br/>The Audited Consolidated results for the Year ended March 31, 2014<br/><br/>The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of profit / (loss) of associates of Rs. 21026.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2014. Total Income is Rs. 257196.60 million for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>- Previous period/year figures have been regrouped/ reclassified wherever necessary, to make them comparable. Current year figures have been arrived at after giving effect to the Scheme of Amalgamation of Hero Investments Private Limited (HIPL) and includes figures of operation of HIPL and thus are not comparable with the figures for previous year.<br/><br/>This being the first year of preparation of consolidated financial results, there are no comparative figures for the previous year. | |
