Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that :<br/><br/>"Hero MotoCorp Limited ("HMC") have subscribed on December 09, 2013, to a total of 1,749,999 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 (HMC Equity Shares) of HMC MM Auto Limited (JV Company) at par constituting 60% (appox.) shareholding in the JV Company. The JV Company has been incorporated as a Joint Venture between HMC and Magneti Marelli S.p.A.<br/><br/>The purpose of the Joint Venture is to, amongst others, sell, distribute and market complete two wheeler fuel injection systems or components parts thereof."
