Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ilam Chand Kamboj, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from his position with effect from April 02, 2016. Mr. Kamboj has expressed his desire to pursue other professional opportunities and has accordingly moved on.<BR><BR>The Board of Directors of the Company have, vide circular resolution dated April 01, 2016, decided to appoint Ms. Ramni Sood, who is a qualified & experienced Company Secretary, as the Compliance officer of the company with effect from April 04, 2016.
