Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the following:<br/><br/>"All the concerned persons are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed by Clause 4 of the<br/>Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Hero MotoCorp Ltd., the Trading Window for the shares and derivatives<br/>of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. will remain closed from January 20, 2014 till 5.00 P.M. on January 31,2014.<br/><br/>This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned for the reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company<br/>which is scheduled to be held on January 30, 2014 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the Third Quarter and Nine months ended December 31, 2013 and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.<br/><br/>Accordingly, all of you are hereby advised not to trade in the shares and derivatives of the Company during the period of the closure of the Trading Window as stated above."
