Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 01, 2015, has unanimously elevated;<BR><BR>1. Mr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal to the position of Chairman Emeritus, while continuing on the Board as Non-executive Director; and<BR><BR>2. Mr. Pawan Munjal to the position of Chairman, CEO & Managing Director of the Company with effect from June 01, 2015.
