Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) as reviewed by the Statutory Auditors and to take on record the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations from October 09, 2015 till the closing hours of October 22, 2015.
