| Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 05, 2014 to July 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 05, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, July 05, 2014 will be the Cut-off date (Record date for the purpose of Rule 20 (3) (vii) of the Rules) for determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 31st AGM of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on August 05, 2014 at 10:00 A.M. at Air Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi 110 010. | |
