Hero MotoCorp Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 07, 2015, inter-alia, for the following purposes:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited<BR><BR>- Standalone Financial Statements for the 4th quarter and Financial Year ended March 31,2015; and<BR><BR>- Consolidated Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend the Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014- 15 subject to the approval by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further the Trading window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations from April 27, 2015 till the closing hours of May 08, 2015.
