| Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board in their meeting held on February 03, 2016, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Grant of 295120 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to an employee under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2015 to be vested based on performance parameters as decided by the Committee. Each such RSU confers a right to receive equal no. of equity shares of the Company. Vested RSUs need to be exercised within the exercise period as determined by the Committee.<BR><BR>2. Exercise of 67950 Options by Employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007 and 2002. | |
