Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the terms of the employment agreement, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board has granted 190,024 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to Mr. R. Srikrishna, CEO & Executive Director at a price of Rs. 2/- under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015 convertible into equal number of equity shares of the company.<BR><BR>The said RSUs would vest after one year and can be exercised within 3 years from date of vesting.
