High Energy Batteries India Ltd has informed BSE that at the 53rd Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 21, 2014, the Chairman declared that the Ordinary Resolutions proposing appointment of Independent Directors Sri A. L. Somayaji and Cmde. R. P. Premkumar have been passed with requisite majority in terms of e-voting and Poll undertaken in due compliance of Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014.
