High Energy Batteries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. Mrs. Lalitha Lakshmanan was appointed as additional Director subject to the approval of Members at the 55th Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>2. The Board accepted the resignation of Mr. T. R. Sivaraman as CFO and appointed Mr. R. Swaminathan as CFO in the place of Mr. T. R. Sivaraman.<BR><BR>3. The Board of Directors has not recommended any Dividend for the year 2015-16.
