High Energy Batteries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 23, 2014 to consider reconstitution of the Board to fall in line with the revised Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement as mandated by SEBI. The requisite Resolutions requiring approval of the Members will be passed through Postal Ballot which will provide voting through electronic means as well as through post.<br/><br/>Further, the cut-off date for determining the members eligible to cast their vote is August 20, 2014.
